Teach a recurring supplier label

Correct an invoice reference and identify its printed label. Review separate held-out documents, compare field accuracy and regressions, and let the organization owner accept the tested rule before explicitly applying it to another document.

Supported scope and limits

  • Evidence links show where a value came from; a link alone does not prove correctness. Feedback values remain human annotations.
  • Shared roles cover organization knowledge, feedback and read-only evidence. Invoice processing, billing and other workspaces retain their existing owner access boundaries.
  • Feedback improves literal-label rules. It does not train model weights or run online reinforcement learning.
  • Review queues, reviewer assignment and multi-step team approval are not available.
