Start with work that can be checked
The invoice workspace accepts batches of PDFs, extracts invoice fields and line items, and shows the original source beside editable values. It checks duplicate invoice identities and basic arithmetic, retains corrections, and exports Excel with separate invoice, line-item, source and review sheets. Saved client setups and workbook templates support repeated work.
Native PDF text is read directly, and textless PDF pages can use local English OCR for printed scans. Uncertain values still need a person to decide. Handwriting, direct image uploads, arbitrary document understanding and automatic QuickBooks posting are not supported. The feature library distinguishes current capabilities from planned AI schema extraction, hybrid search and GraphRAG. These planned capabilities are not included in the current trial.
How we publish examples
Public examples are labelled synthetic and precomputed. We provide inspectable inputs, outputs and provenance, keep limitations alongside the result, and distinguish successful fixture checks from evidence about real documents. The material example is not a customer case study or a certified test report.
Guides are authored by ParseMill. External documentation is linked next to the relevant topic. Publication and modification dates refer to real editorial changes, not automatic daily refreshes.
Try the evidence before signing up
Open the interactive invoice example without an email address: inspect the original PDF, click through to the source of a value, make an edit and download the result. The material register remains available as a separate precomputed example.
To try your own PDFs, start a free trial with a verified email address: 10 processing pages for 7 days, no card and no automatic subscription.
