ParseMill PDF to Excel is a monthly subscription for one user with 500 PDF processing pages per billing period. A page is one page of a PDF, not one invoice or one file. There is no annual commitment.

• Upload invoice PDFs in batches, including native-text PDFs and printed English scans.
• Review and correct invoice details and line items beside the original PDF, with source highlights.
• Check duplicate invoice identities and basic arithmetic before approval.
• Save client setups and supplier rules, or import an XLSX or CSV workbook template.
• Download Excel with separate invoice summaries, line items, sources and review status.

The plan is for a single account owner. Shared team seats and direct posting to QuickBooks or Xero are not included.

Try 10 pages for 7 days first

Verify your email to receive a one-time trial of 10 processing pages, valid for 7 days, if your workspace is eligible. The trial needs no card, creates no paid subscription and does not renew automatically. Existing paid or previously credited accounts keep their current access.

Try the interactive invoice example without an email address. Inspect the source, edit values and download a sample result. Then test a representative invoice from your own work before choosing the monthly plan.

Clear page limits, with no overage charges

Successfully read native-text or OCR pages use your allowance. Unreadable or failed pages do not. The workspace shows available pages before processing, and each job must fit the remaining allowance. There are no automatic overage charges.

On paid renewal, the allowance resets to 500 pages. Unused pages do not roll over. Starting a paid subscription replaces any remaining trial allowance with the paid allowance. If you use all your pages, new processing stops until the next paid period; your saved results remain available to review and export.

Add up to 25 PDFs in a batch. Each PDF can be up to 20 MB and 300 pages, subject to the remaining page allowance. Saved documents remain subject to the storage and deletion policy.

Subscribe only when you choose

To subscribe, open Usage & billing in your workspace. Payment availability is shown there. Review the $49 USD monthly price and final payment total in Stripe before you confirm. Starting a trial or opening checkout does not charge you.

Only an explicitly purchased subscription renews automatically each month. Cancel future renewal through Manage billing before the next renewal date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Remaining paid access continues until then.

Check that the result fits your work

Start with readable printed English invoices and aligned line-item tables. Native PDF text and textless PDF scan OCR are supported. Missing values, unusual layouts and uncertain dates or currencies need your review. Compare the complete source against the workbook before relying on it.

Direct image uploads, handwriting, arbitrary document understanding, bank reconciliation and automatic accounting-system posting are not included. Extraction and source links do not constitute accounting approval.
