Access is account-scoped

A free trial requires a verified email address and provides 10 processing pages for 7 days, with no payment card and no automatic subscription. Existing invited accounts retain their own allowance. The application checks account access to documents, jobs, source files, invoice batches and exports. Private routes are not public sample storage.

The interactive example needs no email address and contains only an owned synthetic invoice. Its edits stay in the browser tab. Other public example and evaluation downloads are also ParseMill-created synthetic fixtures. Your own exported source links require authorised access to the original document.

Storage and deletion have limits

Hosted beta documents are stored on the service, not solely on your computer. Use the document’s delete action to remove its source and associated results from the active workspace. Copies you downloaded are not removed by that action. Service backup copies have separate lifecycles.

There is no automatic expiry promise on this page. Confirm your organisation’s requirements for retention, backups and permitted documents before uploading confidential material. This is a factual product disclosure, not a certification or contractual security commitment.

The current workflow is deliberately bounded

Uploads are limited to PDFs of up to 20 MB and 300 pages, and a job must also fit the account's remaining page allowance. Native text is read directly. Textless PDF pages use local English OCR for printed scans, with source evidence and review warnings. Invoice batches add editable header fields and line items, duplicate checks, arithmetic checks and workbook export.

Direct image upload, handwriting, general PDF chat and automatic posting to QuickBooks or another accounting system are not supported. Use a non-sensitive representative PDF to establish fit. Inspect the interactive sample first if you want to see the review experience without uploading anything.

Public examples are synthetic. Each example and evaluation describes its tested inputs and limitations. This page is authored by ParseMill.
